We recognise that plans may change. For ad hoc transfers, you can request one free schedule change if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes requested within 24 hours of the booking are subject to availability and might incur additional charges, such as re-dispatching fees, extended waiting time, or surcharges during peak hours.

Point-to-point pricing depends on a few simple factors:
- Vehicle type: fares vary based on the vehicle category you choose.
- Pick-up/drop-off location: routes to outlying areas (e.g., Tuas or Kranji) may cost more due to distance and travel time.
- After-hours timing: trips between 23:00 and 06:59 incur an after-hours surcharge.
Our starting rate is from SGD 70. Share your pick-up and drop-off details (plus date/time and passenger count), and we’ll confirm the precise fare upfront.
