Changi Airport Terminal 3 layout map for arrival and departure flights.

Before your flight (Departures)

  • The Check-In Hall (Level 2): For your departing flight, all private cars will drop you off at the curbside of Terminal 3, Level 2. With MySingaporeDriver, we often check with guests on their flight details and airlines so that we can drop our passenger off at the door nearest to their airline check-in.
  • For SQ First Class Passengers: Singapore Airlines counters are located at Door 1 of T3; however, if you are a SQ first-class passenger, there is a separate entrance on the left side before Door 1. Kindly inform our chauffeurs so that we can send you to the correct location. For international flights, it is recommended that passenger check in 2.5 to 3 hours before their actual departure time.
  • Central Immigration: Once you have checked in with your respective airline, head to the main immigration gates on the same level, just below the massive vertical green wall. Passing through automated immigration lanes takes only a few minutes.
  • Transit & Duty-Free (Level 2 & 3): Once you pass the electronic immigration, you will reach the main duty-free cosmetics and liquor shops. If you turn left or right, you will find escalators leading up to Level 3, which houses most airline lounges (including Singapore Airlines SilverKris and Krisflyer Gold lounges) and the main food courts.
  • Boarding Gates: Most airlines require you to reach the boarding gate at least 1 hour before the flight departure time. Here you will go through one more round of security checks before heading to the boarding area for your flight.

After your flight (Arrivals)

  • Deplaning: Deplaning is when you step off the aero bridge and head towards the immigration hall. If you ordered a VIP meet and greet assistance service, a guest relations officer will escort you from the aerobridge toward the private immigration terminal.
  • Passport Control (Level 1): Take the escalators down from the transit area to the massive Level 1 Immigration Hall. Singapore residents and visitors from eligible countries can use the automated biometric lanes for near-instant clearance.
  • Baggage Claim & Customs: After completing the biometric lanes, you will walk downwards towards the baggage claim area. There will be a large digital screen indicating your baggage belt number based on your flight details. MySingaporeDriver are trained to check the belt and inform you beforehand so that you will know which belt to head to right after passport control.
  • Locating Your Driver or Pick-Up: The public Arrival Hall is exceptionally wide. Look up to see if you exited via Arrival Hall North or Arrival Hall South.
    • If using MySingaporeDriver’s Airport car services, our chauffeurs will wait for you in the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name. Before escorting you to basement 1, where the vehicle is located, and assisting with loading the luggage. (Important note: our chauffeurs will always text you or contact you to inform you where they are stationed at the arrival hall to prevent guests from walking towards the wrong direction. If you have booked a bus variant vehicle, you will be escorted to the coach bay on the same level, just right after McDonald’s)
    • If taking a taxi, stay on Level 1 and follow the signs to the taxi stands directly outside the building.
    • If taking a private car or ride-sharing, the pick-up point is in basement 1, which you will have to use the travelator or lift to reach.

Accessing Jewel & Other Terminals

If you have extra time before your flight or want to eat before leaving the airport after landing, T3 serves as an excellent central hub.

This service is also commonly booked by our Australian and New Zealand travellers heading to Bali or the UK who have a layover.

Business Meetings:

  • It is also common for executives team to visit Singapore for multi-venue business meetings before heading to another location. Most of our corporate executive customers will book a chauffeur by the hour to transport them between various meeting venues in Singapore, then back to the airport for their next flight. With that, MySingaporeDriver has also begun expanding our operational capabilities into regional Asia, including Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur, to better serve our corporate customers moving between the regions.

Direct cruise terminal transfer from the airport:

  • Many cruise passengers also prefer to book a direct ride from Changi Airport to Marina Bay Cruise Centre due to the time-sensitive nature and because they may be carrying multiple bags. Having a pre-confirmed ride and driver drastically reduces uncertainty.

For international departures, the general rule of thumb is to arrive at the airport at least three hours before your flight.

Because Terminal 3 serves most long-haul international routes, many departures are scheduled for the middle of the night or early morning, making it incredibly stressful and unpredictable to secure an on-demand ride.

When you book with us, your schedule is protected, and your chauffeur and vehicle are confirmed well in advance. Our operations team will advise the most suitable pick-up time for your journey, and our dispatch will oversee your entire journey to the airport. On the way there, your chauffeur will drop you off directly at the Level 2 departure door closest to your airline’s check-in counter.
