We offer two booking options for pre-booked, non-emergency wheelchair transport in Singapore: transfer-only (point-to-point) and hourly chauffeur hire.

Transfer-only (point-to-point)

This option is suitable for single-location pickup and drop-off without detours.

Pickup is arranged at a specified time and location.
Includes 15 minutes of free waiting time for standard pickups
For airport or cruise arrivals, it includes 60 minutes of free waiting time to account for the arrival process.
A return trip can be booked separately if a round trip is needed.

Hourly wheelchair transport with a chauffeur

This choice is suitable for multiple stops or when timing flexibility is needed to shift appointments, errands, family visits, or sightseeing.

The chauffeur and wheelchair-adapted vehicle remain at the customer’s disposal for the duration of the booking.
The driver can adapt to itinerary changes, venue switches, and extended stops.

Wheelchair Passenger Loading Process

The wheelchair user remains seated while the chauffeur assists with loading the ramp/lift and secures the wheelchair safely before moving off.

Ramp/lift deployed at the pickup point, and the wheelchair is guided onto the platform.
The wheelchair is positioned and secured inside the vehicle using restraints/straps, with the seat belt checked.
